Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ Our solemn celebration (of this feast) points our eyes and hearts to the great mystery of faith, which is the Holy Eucharist, the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ.. . . Celebration of the Holy Mass symbolizes the truth that our Risen Lord is with us always in the Church, all along the way of our life pilgrimage, nourishing us with the Bread of Heaven, the Bread of Life, His Body and Blood. May our solemn celebration of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ deepen our knowledge and love of Christ Who is ever present for us through the Eucharistic Sacrifice.
