Wichita Center - Wichita, Kansas
A large scenic lake entices residents and visitors to take advantage of the winding walking paths at the center in Wichita, Kansas. Located on 40 acres of prairie in the southeast sector of Kansas, this center dates back to 1902.
85 sisters live at the central house. The facility also includes meeting space, dining facilities and the newly renovated Chapel of the New Covenant, which invites residents, friends and family, and members of the public to worship God.
Offering curriculum in business, education, humanities and social sciences, nursing, and the sciences, Newman University is also located on the property. Approximately 1900 students benefit from the value-based curriculum.
